Orbit conversations and call follow-ups on your phone
Work through callbacks, turn calls into follow-up tasks, search recordings and review Orbit proposals from your phone.
The Mobile App Pack brings Orbit conversations and change review to your phone when your Seedly installation has Orbit enabled for your account. Calls now connect more of the work that follows a conversation: create a task, save a contact note or find a detail in the transcript without returning to your desk.
- Open Orbit for the CRM location you are working in and review changes before approving them.
- Create a call follow-up with a due date, priority and assignee, or save a note to the contact.
- Choose a recording, search its transcript and jump to the relevant moment in the audio.
- Find calls by name or phone number, with a separate voicemail filter.
- Review prepared Orbit code changes and their existing GitHub pull requests.
Bring the conversation with you
Open More, then Orbit, to return to a conversation or start a new one. Orbit appears when it is installed and enabled and your account has access in the current location.
Earlier messages can be loaded into the conversation. If Orbit is still working, you can stop the reply from the same screen.
Review the change before it happens
Proposed changes have a review screen with the request details and separate approve and reject actions. Approval asks you to confirm the location where the change will be applied.
When creating or regenerating a webhook returns a signing secret, you can select and copy it to the receiving service. It remains available if you reopen the review while the conversation stays open. Copy it before leaving the conversation: it is not saved in the chat or sent to AI.
Turn a conversation into the next step
Open a call and choose Create follow-up to set a task title, due date, priority and assignee. The task carries the caller and call time with it. Add contact note saves the details your team should know directly to the linked contact.
Follow-up tasks use an existing project available to your account. Saving requires the same task or contact-note access you use in the CRM.
Find the part of a recording you need
When your CRM makes recordings and transcripts available to your role, choose a recording and search the transcript by a word or phrase. Tap a speaker-labelled passage to load the audio at that point.
Play the recording inside the app, move backward or forward by 15 seconds, drag to a position or adjust playback speed. Switching recordings clears the previous transcript and player so the details stay with the recording you selected.
Find calls and voicemail faster
Search the call log by contact name, phone number or available call notes. Number searches work even when you leave out spaces, brackets and dashes. The Voicemail filter separates voicemail from other calls.
On wider displays, the call list can stay beside the selected call while you work through follow-ups.
Open a call to see up to five other recent calls for the same contact or phone number.
Work through the callback list
Turn on Needs callback to see the latest missed call or voicemail for each caller when loaded history has no later answered conversation. Choose Today or Last 7 days to narrow the list. The queue does not mark tasks complete or certify activity outside the loaded history.
Review prepared Orbit code changes
Agency managers can open Code changes from Orbit to read existing code requests, their original and proposed files, and source-review notes. Where a request already has a matching GitHub pull request, open it from the phone.
Suggested checks are labelled as not run. Prepare new code requests and complete publication review in the Orbit web workspace. Reviewing a proposal on the phone does not apply code or create a pull request.
More useful details when work changes
The inbox explains when an email cannot be sent and preserves processing or failure notices for incoming media. Contact editing keeps service SMS consent separate from marketing consent.
Where your CRM permits it, call details include transcripts, call scores and recording playback. Partially published social posts and posts awaiting approval keep their own states. A paused workflow resumes without publishing an edited draft.
Installing this update
This is a source-code pack that you build and sign for your own installation. Native iPhone/Duo and live CRM/Orbit acceptance checks for this update are still pending. Validate those paths with your own setup before distributing the apps to your team.
Try it in your own workspace.
- Download the updated Mobile App Pack from your portal and follow the included setup guide for your own installation.
- Open More and choose Orbit in a location where your account has access. Start or reopen a conversation.
- Read any proposed change, confirm the location and approve or reject it. Copy a returned webhook signing secret before leaving the conversation.
- Open Calls, search for a contact or number and select a call. Use Create follow-up or Add contact note to capture its next step.
- For a call with an accessible recording, search its transcript and tap a passage to load the audio at that point.
- Use Needs callback and a date range to focus the call list. Agency managers can open Orbit → Code changes to inspect an existing proposal.
